You might be wondering, “Who is Bright?” Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Makheda Bright Ndamulelo, born and raised in Tsimbupfe, a village in Limpopo, Venda. Like many children in South Africa, my educational journey began at Tshitambamunwe Primary School and continued through John Mutheiwana Secondary School, where I completed my matric. In 2025, I proudly obtained by Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Johannesburg.
During my years at the University of Johannesburg, I discovered my aptitude for computers and technology. In group projects, I often found myself in charge of technical aspects, managing technological tools used for presentations and other activities. From a young age, I was always curious about how things are made, especially animations and computer communication. This curiosity led me to teach myself how to code and to attend bootcamps to deepen my understanding of computers. Eventually, I found myself enjoying working with technology and building websites from scratch.
What began as curiosity soon became a calling. I discovered joy in building websites from the ground up and exploring how technology can transform education and communication. Today, I see myself not only as an educator but also as a technologist driven by curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to bridging the gap between learning and innovation.
